baked hollowed hearts of palm, filled with savoury mousse (horseradish, red wine and mushroom)<\/li>\n<li>slow-cooked 72-hour short ribs of beef<\/li>\n<li>calves&#8217; brain and sioux pastry fritters<\/li>\n<li>marrowbone and anchovy-filled bones<\/li>\n<li>serve on a replica skeleton<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Marquis De Sade Dessert<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An edible graveyard, containing:<\/li>\n<li>caramel and edible-earth-filled chocolate coffins, with chocolate breasts<\/li>\n<li>pistachio ice cream, raspberry sauce and chocolate-filled marzipan tombstones<\/li>\n<li>white chocolate &#8216;Death&#8217;
